By applying to be part of the Wintu Educational & Cultural Council, you are expressing an interest in preserving Indian Culture, which is the foundation of our council.
We are dedicated to preserving traditions and cultural ways and doing our best to protect the sanctity of our ancestral grounds. This is why confidentiality is a big part of our organization, and we expect a certain amount of restraint when it comes to the disclosure of any knowledge gained during your time in this council.
